ugh.
yeah, they don’t tend to :(. you could try putting it on inside out, pinning it to fit, and then sewing it up the sides.
i have one that i never wear, and i’m gonna put a zipper in it so that i can put it on more easily, and also maybe add some fabric so that it’s a little wider.
